liable to the customer for any incidental, indirect, special

with the purchase, use or performance of products, even
if COMBOTRONIC has been advised of their possibility. |

Any typographical, clerical
or other error or omission in sales literature, quotation,
price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documents

Neither party shall be liable for any delay in performing
any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions
if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the
reasonable control of the party so delaying, and such

The customer acknowledges that the products licensed
or sold hereunder, which may include technology and
software may also be subject to the export control laws
and regulations of the country in which the products
are received. The customer agrees to abide by all applicable
export control laws and regulations. Under such laws
and regulations, the products purchased may not be sold,
leased or otherwise transferred to restricted end-users
or to restricted countries. In addition, the products
may not be sold, leased or otherwise transferred to,
or utilized by, an end-user engaged in activities related
to weapons of mass destruction, including but not limited
to, activities related to the design, development, production
or use of nuclear materials, nuclear facilities, or
nuclear weapons, missiles or support of missile projects,
or chemical or biological weapons. The customer understands
that applicable requirements or restrictions may vary
depending on the product delivered and may change over
time and that, to determine the precise controls applicable
to the product acquired, it may be necessary to refer
to relevant laws and regulations.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and
shall be subject to the non-exclusion jurisdiction of
the Courts of Hong Kong.
Enforceability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held
by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable
in whole or in part, the validity of the other provision
s of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of
the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.

| RETURN POLICY |
|
Duration for requesting a Refund or Replacement
Customers may arrange the returns within 14 days from
the date of receipt of the product. Unless the customer
notifies COMBOTRONIC to the contrary within such period
and confirmed in writing, the products shall be deemed
to have been accepted by the customer as being in good
condition and in accordance with the contract. The customer
shall not be entitled to withhold payment of all or
any of the price of the products whilst any claim is
being investigated by COMBOTRONIC.

| Return Issues |

If for no reason, a customer return
the product to COMBOTRONIC, for unopened product, you
can request for refund or exchange for the other product.
For an open product, refund is not applicable and we accept
customer to exchange for another product. |

COMBOTRONIC will examine and test the
defective item after receiving the returned product. In
case if the returned product is found defective that caused
by COMBOTRONIC, we shall accept full refund or accept
customer to exchange for another product. COMBOTRONIC
may also either repair free of charge or replace the defective
product, at our own discretion. |

All replacements must be an identical
product and version, unless that product is unavailable.
If it is confirmed that the defect is caused by COMBOTRONIC
and identical product is unavailable, we will accept either

If the condition is misrepresented by

Prior to the return of product, you

you by email the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number and instructions for sending the return items.
Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or
disregarded. |

item within 10 days after the RMA number has been issued
in order for necessary refund or replacement be arranged.

| Packaging of
the Returned Products |

products are packed and wrapped with sufficient protection

used by the customer as intended, COMBOTRONIC shall be
entitled to claim compensation for the loss of value incurred

dispatched to the courier). Customers are reminded to

flight cancellation, etc. COMBOTRONIC will not be responsible

If customers refused to pay customs

for the products or shipping charges. |

If any product which is banned from
a local country, or is confiscated by the local customs
authority, COMBOTRONIC will not be responsible for any
reshipment or refund. |

| Delivery Issues |

If customer fails to take delivery of
products or fails to provide accurate instructions, consents
or authorizations required to enable the products to be
delivered, COMBOTRONIC shall be entitled, upon giving
written notice to customer, to arrange for the storage
of products or cancel your order. |

expenses (including storage fees and insurance charges)

number has been altered or removed. |

Under the warranty period, COMBOTRONIC
shall either repair or replace the defective product,
at our discretion. |

The limited warranty is non-transferrable. |

its warranties terms and conditions at any time, in is
sole discretion. |

Customer is responsible to back up
any data, information and program etc, before sending
the product for repair service. COMBOTRONIC is not responsible
for any damage or data loss. |

Within the warranty, if the product
is found defective which is caused by COMBOTRONIC, COMBOTRONIC
at its option, will : |

repair the product at no charge; |

exchange the product with a new
product or replace a product with its function at
least equivalent to the original product. |

| 7. |
Goods may be subjected to color variations
from the digital images which appear on our website. Such
variations shall not be deemed to be defects or a breach
