Make sure the incoming power source is working properly and all the connections are well connected. |

Disconnect all the powering devices and determine if the LED remains on without connecting to the powering devices. If the problem persists, contact Combotronic Ltd. Technical Supports. Otherwise, please check the devices to be powered. |

Make sure the input power is working properly and the powering devices do not exceed the rated wattage of the power adapter. |

The Main unit LED does not turn on while the DC Booster unit LED remains on. |

Make sure the connection between the Main unit and the DC Booster is well connected.

|
|
Both of the auxiliary outputs failed to charge / power the connected devices simultaneous. |

Make sure the devices to be powered do not exceed the power rating of each auxiliary output. Try to charge / power one device at a time. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Services. |
